Larry A. Strauss
Strauss Law LLCI am a Martindale-Hubbell AV-rated attorney and former journalist whose practice focuses on business litigation, including employment law defense, real estate litigation, and creditor and trustee bankruptcy actions. I have litigated in both state and federal courts, conducted depositions, resolved matters in mediation and through negotiation, and argued numerous specially set and motion calendar hearings. I am adept in drafting and reviewing contracts and agreements, and trademark registrations. I am a Florida native, and a former journalist who worked at newspapers throughout Florida and in Washington, D.C., for nearly a decade prior to becoming an attorney. I obtained my journalism degree from the University of Florida, and law degree from Penn State.
