Krystine Espina is an Associate Attorney with Yaffa & Associates, P.A. Ms. Espina is a Miami native who graduated cum laude from the Florida State University with a Bachelors of Science in Business Management and Minor in Psychology. She then continued her education to earn her law degree from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center, where she received high scores in the Family Law course, Family Law Litigation course, and Book Awards for Civil Pre Trial Litigation and the Children and Families Clinic. During her studies in law school, Ms. Espina immediately recognized that family law was her passion. She served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Elizabeth Scherer of the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit of Broward County, Florida, at this time a judge in the dependency and delinquency division. Thereafter, Ms. Espina had the opportunity to work as a law clerk for an established family law attorney, who ultimately became a great mentor. Ms. Espina is committed to providing proficient and high quality legal representation during one of the most emotionally taxing experiences in an individual's life. Ms. Espina is a member of the Florida Bar. She is also a member of the Family Law Section of the Florida Bar and the South Palm Beach County Bar Association. She is bilingual in Spanish and English.
