Kirk David Yake

A full-time neutral, attorney Kirk D. Yake serves as a private mediator and arbitrator with ADR Services, Inc., American Arbitration Association, and through his law office. He regularly arbitrates construction disputes as a contract arbitrator for the California State Contractor's License Board, lemon law (auto) disputes for the Better Business Bureau, and attorney-client fee disputes for the fee arbitration panel of the San Diego County Bar Association. Mr. Yake is based out of San Diego, but also mediates out of the Orange County California office of ADR Services, and other locations when requested. Mr. Yake also utilizes the Zoom platform for webinar-based mediations and arbitrations, as currently necessitated in the COVID-19 pandemic.

Kirk has experience mediating construction, business, real estate, personal injury, landlord-tenant, HOA, and employment issues, including insurance disputes, and parties not represented by counsel.
