- Ken has tried cases for such clients as Aventis, Polaroid, BASF, Corning, Cognex, Fisher Controls, Forest Laboratories, Massachusetts Eye Ear Infirmary, Philips Electronics, Lewmar and Tessera. Ken's cases have involved technologies as diverse as sail boat winches, optical waveguide fibers, semiconductor packaging, treatment for age-related macular degeneration and recombinant DNA. Ken has litigated in state courts, federal courts, and the International Trade Commission. He recently won a multi-million dollar jury verdict for the Massachusetts Eye Ear Infirmary. Ken has also argued numerous appeals before the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
