I am grateful to have worked in and experienced the processes of large firm bankruptcy practices. The lack of personal service and caring between attorneys and clients was a driving factor in starting my own legal practice. Clients should trust that their bankruptcy attorney is available when they need him, not be pawned off to a secretary or paralegal. My concern for each client drives my pursuit for personal service.

Beyond the improved attorney-client relationship, less overhead costs yield more competitive fees. My primary objective is to provide clients with the most competent services at an affordable price. My firm’s mission is to provide the level of comfort and communication each client deserves while achieving the maximum advantage during the bankruptcy.

I have filed hundreds of Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcies. I have submitted several Chapter 13 bankruptcy plans and have received confirmations after Trustee’s recommendations. I have represented hundreds of clients in 341 meeting of creditors and 2004 examinations.
I have appeared before every Bankruptcy Court judge sitting in the Federal Bankruptcy Court of Arizona, always advocating for my clients with unyielding diligence and candor.

I have negotiated favorable settlement agreements with creditor attorneys to help clients keep their personal possessions. Clients can rest assured that they are in good hands.
