Liar - Scammer - Lazy They agree to take your case for $x then proceed to accept a credit card & will randomly hit it MULTIPLE times a day, for several weeks - when you show your bank, they block them as fruad - then Bryan Fagan changes the name they use to charge your acct and get MORE money off your acct. The bank said they do this "testing" the account. BOA said they have a lot of fraudulent transactions from them. THE BEST PART --->>> Then they file a motion to WITHDRAW !!! LOL I have heard from >> numerous << other law firms this is what this one is about -- since I have been having to call around and find PROPER REPUTAL representation. They agree on an amount then steal from their clients they lied too. Our case was quoted for $3500 All they have done is submit a reply to the court that the attorney Kary Gregg literally COPIED & PASTED my email into the form and submitted. She then told opposing counsel we were filing a Writ Habius knowing we could never afford that, told us onnthe phone "oh we're gilingbit, I'm not charging you" then withdrew from case when the agreed upon money ran out. This woman should lose her own children to know what pain and suffering she causes others!!! They have taken $3600 from us and hit our account for an additional $1200 !!!!!!! Thieves !!!!! When you are already vulnerable - they hurt you worse - for money They are SCAMMERS !!!! FILTHY LIARS - AND FRUADS !!!! RRRRUUUUUUUNNNNNN FROM THEM !!! Watch.... they will respond with BS - but you have been warned. Reported to BBB as well with evidence
