  We accept credit card payments for all retention agreements in which the clients are obligated to make payments to the firm.

  We are consumer protection attorneys. Contingency cases are a large part of our practice.
• Rates, Retainers and Additional Information
  We also negotiate flat fee billing for clients who want to spread the cost of the representation and have a set budget. This is very useful in debt defense and foreclosure defense litigation.
