Joshua S Beldner was my employment attorney in the United States District Court Eastern District of New York.
Mr Beldner ignoring the rules of filing the appropriate paperwork in a timely fashion causing three key witnesses from testifying.

Beldner continued his errors by destroying the 56.1 questionnaire which if filed incorrectly could lead to dismissal of the case. I was able to correct his errors and subsequently the judge allowed the case to go to trial.
I also had outside counsel subpoena time records for the defendants part time employment. Mr Beldner however failed to notify the opposing counsel in a timely fashion therefore excluding these documents.
