Joe Titone Attorney Review Mr. Titone represented me in a Trust matter. I was the Successor Trustee to a Trust with a value of $1,800,000 and another person related to the Trustor produced a document stating she was the Successor Trustee and that the assets to be distributed on death of the Trustor were to go to another person. I feel that Mr Titone did a fine job getting the Court to rule in my favor. His fee was reasonable and I am now able to proceed representing the Trust and preserving my future inheritance as well. I would definitely recommend Mr Titone.

Attorney Joe Titone was efficent, had reasonable fees and was always available for questions. When I was injured in an auto accident the defendant claimed that part of the reason he lost control was because a suspension part that was recently installed malfunctioned and instead of just accepting the the insurance companies payout, Attorney Joe Titone went after the manufacturer of the suspension part that failed. He was thinking outside the box which was impressive and not willing to settle easily. As a result I ended up with an enormous settlement from both parties, I would recommend this Attorney because he doesn't give up and will fight to get the best settlement, they all say it but he does it.
