Contingent Fees
These are rare cases but exists. Normally there is also a very small hourly component such as $50 hr. But contingency is more where liability is quite clear but getting to the amounts and solving collectability is an issue. -
Rates, Retainers and Additional Information
Fees are negotiable. Contingency fees are rare; but will take partial hourly and partial contingent or can be paid from transactions. In some cases will take fees via ITEX barter dollars.
