Biography

Attorney & Advisor with significant experience in both the public and private sector. Have worked in various law firms dealing with matters related to corporate, general civil, government affairs, intellectual property, distribution & franchising, retail, damages, labor & employment, real estate & finance, entertainment law, telecommunications, among others.

In the public sector, served as Executive Vice-President and General Counsel of the Puerto Rico Corporation for Public Broadcasting, owner of all television channels and radio stations from the Government of Puerto Rico.

Currently practices law in the private sector representing many individuals and corporations and also serves as Legislative Advisor to the President of the Senate of Puerto Rico and Legal Counsel for the Puerto Rico Regulatory Board of Communications.

Actively involved in the Entertainment Industry advising and representing artists, producers and promoters in different events and projects.
