Greedy crook He takes your money and runs. Why do you think he requires a non refundable retainer with the stipulation that its considered money earned! I paid him 2500 dollars up front and he did nothing to help my case. And to top it all off, i never even got an itemized document showing how he earned the 2500. He spent a total of 5 hours on my case and that was for a bail arraignment and prelim. An hou before my prelim he calls me and tells me i need to get him documents from my bank! Ridiculous . Never returned any of my 5 calls to his office!

John T. O'Malley graduated from the Scranton Preparatory School in 1979, from the University of South Florida in 1986 and from Widener University School of Law in 1994. Attorney O'Malley has focused on a family based practice since his admission to the Pennsylvania Courts over 20 years ago.
