I am an independent lawyer with a solo practice in Northeast Ohio. I limit my practice to LGBT legal issues, estate planning and probate. In addition to practicing law, I am an Adjunct Assoc. Professor of Law at Case Western Reserve University School of Law and an adjunct in the Legal Studies Program at Ursuline College. I am the author of several books, including Estate Planning for Same-Sex Couples, Third Edition. My practice allows me to speak at conferences in the US and abroad.
