Jeff Seems to not care about the cases he handles, he takes days or even weeks to reply, he said he mailed me a letter that is valid for 60 days but let me know that 4 months latter. Dodges questions. Receptionist seems to be the same way and does not care about the customer. Feel like I have been cheated.
