Jeffery Allen Roberts
Representing victims of car wrecks, work, and other injury cases for over 30 yrs
Jeff Roberts limits his private practice to representing individuals and families who have been injured or disabled. He has more than 30 years of experience. Jeff’s reputation as a car wreck, workers’ compensation, Social Security, and trial attorney has gained him a reputation that extends far outside of Western Kentucky. Jeff receives calls from attorneys from all over the state of Kentucky and even from attorneys outside of Kentucky asking him to represent their family, friends, and clients.
Jeff is so well thought of in the legal community that he is frequently asked to speak at Continuing Legal Education Seminars, training other attorneys in Kentucky on how to properly represent injured victims in automobile collision, workers’ compensation, Social Security, and personal injury claims. Jeff has spoken at seminars not only in Kentucky, but in Tennessee and Florida as well.

Contingent Fees
I handle cases on a contingency fee basis. This means that I am paid a percentage of the recovery and that I am only paid if we are successful in your case. The percentages vary depending on the type of case. -
Rates, Retainers and Additional Information
I advance the litigation expenses so that you are not out of pocket anything until there is a recovery in your case
