Do Not Hire for Child Custody Didnt meet deadlines set by court. Failed to turn in motions and educate herself on my child custody case. Jaynie was writing questions to ask on a piece of paper and pen in the courtroom on the final hearing. She was unprepared even though she had over 6months. She looked unkept as if she had a hard night of partying the night before. Sad to say I lost custody of my daughter, 3 months later she was taken advantage of by a 22yr old on her dads couch. Her dad never reported it and when we found out it was too late to do the S.A.N.E. Exam. The child sexual assault case was dropped after my daughters dad told the police my daughter is a liar taking away all of her credibility. Her dad never gave the dob or last name of the 22 yr old as he had known this man for 4 yrs. Jaynie is a TERRIBLE INEXPERIENCED ATTORNEY with something like the life of a CHILD in her hands you’d think she could have prepared and done more research on the concerns I had. She also disclosed personal information that should’ve not been shared with the other attorney as they had previously been “coworkers. She lost the case, didn’t care, her actions said it all.
