Javier C. Grajeda

Javier C. Grajeda is a native of Los Angeles, CA. Growing up, he worked in his family’s landscaping business, where he appreciated the value of hard work and first became in interested in workers’ rights. Javier is a devoted advocate for injured workers who need a voice.
He is the first person in his family to earn a college and law degree – receiving his bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Berkeley and his Juris Doctorate from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, Arizona State University. Upon graduation, he received high honors for his commitment to pro bono service. He is also a graduate of the State Bar of Arizona Leadership Institute.
Following admission in 2010, Javier has exclusively represented Arizona injured workers. He serves as Treasurer for the Arizona Association of Lawyers for Injured Workers (AALIW). His also a member of the Bench and Bar committee, comprised of Administrative Law Judges, claimant’s attorneys and defense attorneys, to address issues related to the betterment of the hearing process at the Industrial Commission of Arizona.
Javier is Spanish bilingual and served on the Board of Los Abogados, Arizona’s Hispanic Bar Association. He is also a member of the Hispanic National Bar Association (HNBA), and a member of The Workers’ Injury Litigation Group (WILG). He has published and lectured on undocumented workers’ rights.
He joins the Law Offices of Robert E. Wisniewski in 2019 following eight years of practice as a partner in a major Phoenix workers’ compensation firm. At the Law Offices of Robert E. Wisniewski, he will continue his personal commitment to assist injured workers in securing maximum workers’ compensation benefits.
