I am Javaria Qadir, a seasoned legal professional with over 10 years of experience in the field of law. With a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree, a Master of Laws (LLM) from London, and being a registered foreign qualified lawyer with the SRA of England and Wales, I have acquired a solid foundation in legal theory and practice.
Throughout my career, I have been driven by a deep passion for justice and empowerment, particularly for marginalized communities, with a special focus on women. As the founder of the Day Dream Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to creating positive social impact, I lead initiatives to provide free meals to those facing food insecurity and drive projects aimed at uplifting marginalized communities.
In my legal practice, I specialize in intellectual property law in Pakistan and the Middle East. My expertise in this area allows me to assist clients in navigating complex legal landscapes and safeguarding their intellectual assets effectively.
However, my dedication to social justice extends beyond my professional endeavors. I am deeply involved in pro bono work, offering free legal aid to victims of domestic abuse and individuals who cannot afford legal expenses. For me, providing access to justice for all is not just a professional duty but a moral imperative.
