James Peter Lingl

As a semi-retired attorney focusing attention on special cases, Mr. Lingl is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin Law School and holds a Masters Degree in conflict resolution from CSU Dominguez Hills. He currently dedicates most of his time to alternative dispute resolution. After his initial mediation training from the Pepperdine-Straus Institute, he has taken hundreds of hours of advanced and ombudsman training over the years. With over 800 mediations conducted, he is well respected by both legal and mediation professionals.
