Astoundingly bright! Attorney Spoden has done legal work for me in the past four years on three occasions. He exceeded my expectation in his capacity as a trusts and estates attorney. His tax expertise in finding an obscure tax inheritance law that was set to expire, and applied to my situation, was extremely impressive. On our initial visit, he listened, absorbed all pertinent info and on our second visit he counseled me and had found and printed out a copy of a tax law, which was expiring within a couple of months. He filed all the necessary documents and executed everything in a timely and accurate manner. As well, he was extremely compassionate. I highly recommend him. His knowledge of tax, business, and trusts and estates law is superior.
