Arnold and Smith PLLC staff great and understanding staff
I’ve never dealt with the legal system before. But Brad Smith and Katie Lombardo were excellent in explaining every situation with me. I felt like I wasn’t going through this tough situation by myself. I felt comfortable with my legal matter in their
hands. I would put them up against anyone, hands down. Not only do I recommend them but also I would call them again if I ever dealt with another legal matter.
Accomplished, well versed, competent, very smart attorney
I hired Mr. Smith to represent me in a DWI and related charges case. It was the best call I ever made. From the first consultation, Mr. Smith immediately identified the salient points of the case and quickly devised a defense strategy. I was kept abreast
of every aspect of the case as it progressed to adjudication. When we went to trial, Mr. Smith executed the defense strategy in the most spectacular fashion. He punched hole after hole in the prosecution's argument relying on his extensive experience and knowledge of the statutes. His defense presentation and subsequent summation left the prosecution slack-jawed when the judge agreed with Mr. Smith that the State simply failed to prove their case. I stood with Mr. Smith before the judge that day in amazement, relief, and deep gratitude as the judge dismissed the case. In my 35 years in banking/finance that involved lots of litigation, I've observed a plethora of attorneys in action: some excellent ones, some not so good. I can attest to Mr. Smith's abilities. He is an excellent attorney. Again, the best call I've ever made has been to engage Mr. J. Bradley Smith Esq. Thank you, sir.
