Howard Pressman
Howard C. Pressman is a principal of the firm and has concentrated his practice in the area of Civil Litigation for over 25 years representing both individuals and companies as both plaintiffs and defendants in a wide variety of matters. Mr. Pressman’s areas of practice also include Wills and Estates and Creditor’s Rights. Mr. Pressman is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, as well as the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. He graduated from Widener University with a B.A. (Magna Cum Laude 1981) and Temple University School of Law (J.D., 1984). A sole practitioner for over five years, Mr. Pressman merged his practice with Whelan & Doyle in 2005. Mr. Pressman is a long time member of the Philadelphia Bar Association and has been an active participant in the Compulsory Arbitration Program in Philadelphia. Mr. Pressman represents clients throughout the Delaware Valley, including but not limited to, Philadelphia, Delaware County, Montgomery County, the state of Delaware and New Jersey.
