In 2009, together with his partner and wife Monica De Gracia, he founded the Firm: Adja Abogados - Attorneys at Law with which he gained a lot of experience with national and international clients.

Hernan Jaen has more than 14 years of experience and handles Criminal Law, among the most prominent cases are extradition cases where he became a specialist in the matter and is the author of the book Sixty Days that is available on Amazon .
The book Sixty Days deals with all the experiences that he went through when he had his first extradition case against the United States.
