Anctil Labour Law
Most of Greg's practice involves representing employers in both union and non-union workplaces. He works with clients throughout BC, and across western Canada.
Greg regularly represents unionized employers in collective bargaining, grievance arbitration and strike planning.
Greg represents non-union employers is in employment related planning and litigation, particularly drafting employment contracts, dismissal planning, wrongful dismissal litigation, and post employment competition litigation.
Greg is regularly retained by other corporate counsel to advise on employment related issues in the purchase or sale of businesses. He also regularly advises foreign (usually American) employers on dealing with Canadian employees.
