Grant Frazier
Attorney
Grant H. Frazier represents clients in a variety of business and litigation matters, including contract disputes, securities law, unfair competition, corporate and partnership disputes, and trademark protection and infringement disputes. He has worked on civil matters before the Maricopa County Superior Court, Yuma County Superior Court, Arizona Court of Appeals, U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona, and U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, as well as arbitration matters before the AAA and FINRA.
In providing outside general counsel services, Grant strives to help clients avoid challenges to their intellectual property and to leverage emerging technologies in business operations to add significant value. He applies his value-added mindset to help clients with strategic planning, corporate governance, protection of intellectual property rights, and positioning of businesses for acquisition.
Grant also has experience drafting a full range of commercial, corporate, and real estate documents.
Grant’s passion for making a positive impact on his community is evident from his many leadership positions and involvements. Grant serves as Secretary of the Board of Directors for the Center for Law and Military Policy, Chairman of the Claremont Colleges Rugby Board of Directors, Member of Senator Martha McSally’s Young Professionals Leadership Team, Attorney Editor for the Journal for Law, Policy & Military Affairs, an alumni admissions interviewer for Pomona College, and an alumni ambassador for ASU Law. He is also involved with the Phoenix Committee on Foreign Relations (PCFR) and the Federalist Society.
