Glenn also handles corporate mergers and acquisitions of various small businesses, and also manages business contracts such as buy-sell agreements, franchise agreements, beta and licensing agreements, and employment/ independent contractor agreements. Glenn also has experience in alternate dispute resolution, both as a participant and as a mediator and arbitrator.

Before founding MacGregor Lyon, LLC, Glenn practiced commercial litigation at King & Spalding, LLP in Atlanta and was employed as general corporate counsel for Cedar Consulting Group, an international information technology consulting company based in the United Kingdom and nationally in Baltimore, Maryland.

Glenn lives in the Upper Westside area of Midtown with his wife (taking the picture), two sons and their two dogs. He enjoys playing guitar when he can find the time and spending time with his family and dogs on Lake Sinclair near Milledgeville, GA.

Q. I have non profit that is renting a space from a church I'm signing MOU that states partnership. Does this make us partn
A: It depends on what you mean by "access," but either way you should revise the MOU to remove that language and specifically disclaim any type of partnership with the church, including limited partnership, limited liability partnership, etc.
Q. If lease says I need to give a 60 day notice to vacate can I submit a 30 day notice to vacate?
A: It depends on the terms of your lease.
Q. If I am CEO and 51% owner of a company can I give raises and set how much without my partners input or lack of.
A: Subject to his/her fiduciary duty (and possible other applicable laws), a CEO is authorized to handle employment issues for the company, including setting salaries. However, there could be a written agreement (typically call a shareholder agreement (corporation) or an operating agreement (LLC)) that may restrict the CEO's authority.
