Glenn Edward Auletta

As the senior trial attorney in one of Long Island’s top plaintiff personal injury firms, Glenn Auletta personally directs and supervises the trial department of the firm and insures that injury victims receive the highest level of trial readiness, mixed with an aggressive flair that punctuates our conviction in our clients claims and leads to top value settlements or successful courtroom verdicts. His trial experience emanates from his career as an aggressive, rising star in the criminal defense bar of Los Angeles, where he handled serious criminal trials. This intense exposure to the Los Angeles District Attorneys office developed an intuitive and penetrating style of cross-examination that serves as the foundation of trial department at Gruenberg Kelly Della. After moving back to his native New York in 2000, he worked on Wall Street as a senior trial attorney for one of the oldest and most revered defense firms, Leahy & Johnson, PC. He regularly led the firm in the number of successful verdicts on behalf of the firm’s clients in the challenging venue of Kings County where the insurance carriers, as an industry, generally perform poorly. Glenn received his Bachelor’s Degree in Business from the University of Southern California in 1991, and graduated at the top of his class from the University of LaVerne , College of Law in 1994. Glenn is currently a member of the New York and California Bar, and is admitted to practice in the United States Federal Court, Southern and Eastern Federal Districts of New York , since 2006.
