Flora Huang is a Shanghai-based lawyer specializing in a wide-range of matters involving an international element. Her core interests include legal counsel for foreign businesses operating in Mainland China and international family law catering specifically to expats and HNW couples in China.
Over ten years ago Flora developed the modern Chinese practice of foreign-related divorce (that is, cases involving former or current expats living in China without Chinese citizenship) and is currently China’s foremost expert on complex international divorce and family law matters.
Flora graduated from China’s top East China University of Political Science and Law with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree with a specialization in international business. She is admitted to appear before any court seated in Mainland China.
