Ask questions regarding experience If considering whether to hire this attorney or his firm or any attorney be sure to ask questions regarding his/their experience in the particular area of law. Do not settle for an answer like "yes, I can handle this case". Ask for specifics: how many cases like this have you handled? Over how many years? What were the outcomes?, etc. It is completely possible that attorneys will take any case and be misleading regarding their expertise. Basically the client will have to pay them so they can get experience in an area of law that they either never handled or have virtually no experience. Don't be intimidated. ASK SPECIFIC QUESTIONS. If not satisfactory, walk out.
