I specialise in patent litigation in the pharmaceutical sector. In the UK, I have experience in proceedings before the High Court, the Court of Appeal and the House of Lords (now The Supreme Court). I am responsible for pharmaceutical product coordination projects, in which I manage patent litigation in Europe and in a number of other countries. I regularly work alongside lawyers and patent attorneys in various jurisdictions within Europe, the Americas, Asia and Australasia.
Before entering the legal profession, I was a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow at University College London and a Lecturer in Chemistry.
I am a co-author of the UK chapter of Intellectual Property Review and the author of numerous articles and blog entries on intellectual property matters.
