Doug Imperi is a dedicated and passionate attorney that is prepared to fight zealously to defend his clients' rights. Doug works on an array of legal areas, including civil rights, personal injury, medical malpractice, legal malpractice, real estate, bankruptcy, estates & wills, family law, contract disputes, insurance law, shareholder disputes, and appellate law.

In practice, Doug has hit the ground running. Within a year of working at the Nathanson Law firm, Doug contributed to a motion that overturned a multi-million dollar lawsuit against a client. In addition, he had the opportunity to work on an appellate brief for a case that was remanded from the Supreme Court of the United States. Doug is constantly tasked with crucial litigation tasks that could make or break a case but he never backs down from the challenge.

Before coming to the Nathanson Law Firm, Doug worked as an extern in the federal District Court of Arizona in Tucson and the City Court of Tucson. In those capacities, Doug honed his research and writing skills to become an even more effective advocate. He also observed hours of oral argument, which helped prepare him for trial work.

In law school, Doug won awards for oral argument and brief writing. He was also awarded a "CALI" award in Evidence and Cyber Law, which denotes the highest grade earned in the class. Doug has devoted countless hours to mock trial, moot court, and mock arbitration competitions to put him well ahead of his peers in terms of practical trial experience.
