Donald Knuckey Jr.

I have been represented by Mr. Knuckey in a family case for over 2 years. Unfortunately, the prolonged duration of the case can be attributed to Mr. Knuckey's lackadaisical attitude and his seeming disinterest in the courtroom and overall representation. His failure to advocate effectively for me has resulted in limited access to my child and numerous obstacles in rectifying the situation. It has become evident to me that he is not suited to handle family cases, and I would not trust him to represent me in any legal matter. Despite the extended time frame, there has been minimal progress, and Mr. Knuckey has been unresponsive to my attempts to communicate, despite the impact on my relationship with my child. I would rate his services as 0/5 stars. If you value the outcome of your case, I strongly advise against choosing Mr. Donald Knuckey JR for representation.

A Horrible Lawyer and Person Wow. Where can I begin with this awful experience. I met with Donald Knuckey for what he said was my final appointment before filing my case in January 2019. As far as I knew at this point, my case was filed. He then ignored my calls, messages and emails for over 6 months. He finally got back to me only after I called his new law office. He was not remorseful and barely gave an explanation. I then attempted to file my paperwork again. Again, he ignored me. I asked for my money back so I can file with another lawyer and get on with my life... he won’t do that either. So now I am out the money and my bankruptcy has not been filed. What a joke. Donald Knuckey is a bad lawyer and a thief.
