Without having to go into the specifics of the case, Bulsa was unprepared. The judge even made the comment to both attornies that he couldn't believe after 6 months on such a simple case that an agreement hadn't been come to. He was surprised to say the
least. He was counting on being able to work a deal with the new solicitor whom he trained. However, he couldn't even get that done in six months on the case. He admitted to being unprepared and "kept apologizing for dropping the ball".
Bottom line he had more than plenty of time to get something so simple handled. DO NOT think of using this man as a resource if you want a chance in your case.
