Represented Republic Engineered Products Holdings LLC, the debtors on a motion to sell Republic Steel clear of liens pursuant to Section 363(b) and 363(f) of the Bankruptcy Code. Various secured creditors opposed the Section 363 sale. Ultimately, the creditors settled with the debtors, and the Section 363 sale went forward.
