: Current; His clients range from start-ups to large cap technology, life sciences and manufacturing companies. His principal clients include Reebok International, Ltd., EMC Corporation and Eastern Enterprises, three of the largest public companies in Massachusetts, as well as a number of other public and private companies. Davidis also co-chair of Ropes Gray's International Group and represents a number of companies that have multinational operations. He has advised clients with respect to numerous foreign acquisitions, as well as joint ventures and other investments in such countries as Russia, India and China. In addition, David advises a number of clients in the areas of sports, entertainment and media law.
