- Mr. Roberts is a former staff member of the SEC’s Division of Corporation Finance. While at the SEC, he assisted registrants in complying with Securities Act, Exchange Act and Sarbanes-Oxley Act disclosure and certification requirements. In addition, Mr. Roberts examined multiple underwritten and non-traded REIT initial public offerings, domestic equity offerings by business services related companies, and underwritten primary ADS offerings by foreign private issuers. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Roberts was a supervising senior accountant at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he was a member of the Technology Group. Mr. Roberts is a certified public accountant.
