
David Milosevic
Complex commercial litigation, fraud, and securities litigation are the main areas of David's work. He has vast experience handling complicated litigation requiring voluminous documentary disclosure and several parties and has handled some of the largest civil fraud claims in Ontario.
David approaches litigation from a long-term, strategic perspective and has a track record of success for his clients. He has tried complicated cases to verdicts and successfully defended clients in class action lawsuits. David has testified before the Supreme Court of Canada and often testifies before the Superior Court and Court of Appeal for Ontario.
David adds a wealth of international business knowledge and sound business judgment to the litigation matters involving his clients. David served as an intern at a renowned Bay Street legal firm. He is a devoted lawyer that upholds the greatest levels of professionalism, knowledge, and customer care in his work.
David earned a First Class Honours B.A. in History and Political Science from McGill University as well as distinction-level degrees in Civil and Common Law there. David has lectured on class actions at the McGill University Faculty of Law and holds a Master of Law from Osgoode Hall Law School in Civil Litigation and Dispute Resolution.
David has been authorized by the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners as a Certified Fraud Examiner.
