: Current; Lehman Brothers Lehman Brothers Obtained a dismissal on behalf of Lehman Brothers for a multi-million dollar breach of contract suit in connection with allegations of termination of a purported contract.

: Current; Lehman Brothers PC FGC, Inc. v. LB Renar LPGA, Inc. Successfully represented Lehman Brothers, Inc. in arbitration that arose out of its conduct as manager of a limited liability company in which Lehman, PC FGC, and Renar Development Company ("Renar") were each members. After the venure failed, PC FGC asserted claims for breach of contract, breach of the implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing, and breach of fiduciary duty. Arbitrator found in favor of Lehman on all claims, and ruled that Lehman was entitled to all attorney's fees, expenses and costs. more
