Poor Communication and No Follow-Through
I retained Damon Moore in February 2025 by paying a $1500 retainer after receiving his fee agreement. From the moment payment was sent, communication became almost nonexistent. I reached out multiple times-through calls, voicemails, and even a certified
letter-but received no response. No work was done in my case, and I was still expected to continue making $500 monthly payments. As a single parent and foster mom, I trusted Mr. Moore with a serious legal matter and limited financial resources. His failure to respond, act, or show any accountability has caused both financial strain and emotional stress. In my experience, this reflects a serious lack of professionalism and integrity. I would strongly caution others before hiring this attorney.
