tmheadquarters.com Trademark Filing Took my money for filing trademarks. He said he'd be in contact with the filing and give me updates, but after the filing and taking my money he hasn't responded to any of my emails. The last time I heard from him was in January 2022. I have emailed him multiple times and given plenty of time to respond and he hasn't been in any communication whatsoever. I tried reaching out again in April and August again and again and got no response. Very unprofessional and frustrating.

Q. In the state of Indiana, is someone always considered to be a Violent Criminal if they have a prior conviction(see below
A: It depends on what the prior conviction is and the terms of his plea and/or sentencing. As a very basic answer, and individual may be considered to be a "serious violent felon" if they have a prior conviction for a crime specified under Indiana Code Section 35-47-4-5 (b) & 35-47-4-9. You may want to reach out to an attorney for a free consultation to better understand what procedure you need to follow for a sentence modification.
