Neufeld Legal is a law firm focused on (1) employment law exclusively for employees and focus on payroll and end-of-job scenarios, whether fired, terminated, laid-off, resigning or quitting one's job, (2) business law, including commercial acquisitions (buying & selling businesses), business development, contracts, financing and leasing, tax and succession planning, and (3) wills and estate planning. The legal practice draws upon my professional experience in New York City as a corporate securities attorney on Wall Street, followed by legal work in both Ontario and Alberta, to effectively serve the best interests of the law firm's clients. Innovation and technology are central to our legal practice, whether locally or globally, especially with certain legal areas that we have a unique and highly consequential knowledge of, in particular as it relates to certain aspects of tech and employee payroll.
