- I began developing a criminal practice at R&B, and worked extensively on condemnation matters regarding transmission gas pipelines, while at Roth & Binn, I was second chair in the trial that allowed fear and stigma damages to be considered in Wisconsin for valuation of land taken by condemnation. Portions of the written Court of Appeals decision were actually from portions of my trial briefs.
