I graduated magna cum laude from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in 2009, and am a member of the Cleveland-Marshall Law Alumni Association. I passed the Ohio state bar and was admitted to practice in Ohio in 2009. I am a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association.

My practice and experience include a diverse range of corporate and commercial transaction practice areas. I have extensive experience in the creation, negotiation, and review of a variety of business agreements, including, but not limited to: consulting agreements; equipment purchase and lease agreements; non-compete/non-disclosure agreements; employment agreements; asset purchase agreements; service agreements; and license agreements.

In addition to my experience drafting and negotiation contracts, I have assisted clients with a variety of legal issues related to their commercial real estate properties, including negotiating and drafting letters of intent and real estate purchase, sale, and lease agreements; evaluating title search commitments and surveys; and overseeing a real estate project from the original letter of intent through the closing of the transaction.

I have guided and counseled clients, both as lender’s counsel and borrower’s counsel, through a variety of commercial financed transactions from the initial agreement through to the close and funding of the loan.

I have also supported clients in the development and protection of their brands, logos, and products by searching for conflicting trademarks prior to client investment as well as by filing and maintaining Federal and state trademarks on behalf of the client.

Finally, I have significant knowledge and experience in technology as both an administrator and an attorney. As an administrator, I provided Level 1 Support for more than fifty employees in a law firm environment. As an attorney, I have assisted clients to protect and license their software, and have drafted the necessary terms and conditions and privacy policies for their websites and mobile applications.
