Christina is too busy for you
I WAS a loyal client of Christina Dematteo. In fact, I referred her my friends as well. Unfortunately, the quality of the representation appears to have depreciated over the last few years. For example, before an important hearing at 9am, Christina
did not attempt to prep me until 20 minutes beforehand on the same day. When I missed her last-minute call, she then told me "I wasn't saving myself money by communicating via email instead." This was insanely rude and unbecoming of a professional. I missed the call because I was already logged into the meeting and was in the waiting room. In discussions prior to this event, she would often forget important facts about my case that we had previously discussed (often more than once). This would needlessly extend the length of our calls and thereby affect my bill. Instead of politely apologizing in these instances and moving on, Christina arrogantly reminded me of her very very high caseload and that I am not her only client... Well Clearly! She is not the lawyer she used to be. If you want quality representation and someone who CARES about you and your case... If you are even slightly emotional about your case... Do not hire this lawyer.
