Charles Lynch
Attorney Charles H. Lynch concentrates his practice in the field of Personal Injury Protection (PIP) law at the firm Brandon J. Broderick, Personal Injury. Attorney at Law. Mr. Lynch has the unique experience of having acted as both a PIP arbitrator (DRP) and practitioner giving him a comprehensive understanding of the New Jersey Personal Injury Protection practice. His extensive personal injury litigation experience has focused on Personal Injury Protection matters for most of his career during which he tried complex cases on behalf of both sides of the courtroom.
Charles started his legal career as a Deputy Attorney General under New Jersey Attorney General W. Carey Edwards. From there, he moved into private practice where he has successfully litigated hundreds of cases through the years and obtained millions of dollars of reimbursement for his medical practitioner clients. With a focus on results and client care, Charles helps clients turn their setbacks into comebacks.

Charles has served as a Court appointed arbitrator in multiple New Jersey counties. He has also served as a Dispute Resolution Professional (DRP) in Personal Injury Protection matters for Forthright New Jersey, the American Arbitration Association and the National Arbitration Forum.
