Carrie E Parker
Carrie Parker defends individuals charged with white-collar offenses, serious drug offenses, and sex offenses in Kansas federal and state courts. She also handles civil matters such as government investigations, civil fraud, asset forfeiture, and disciplinary actions against judges and attorneys. A considerable portion of Carrie’s practice is devoted to persuasive writing. Her motions have resulted in the dismissal of criminal charges and civil claims, the suppression of evidence, and more favorable sentences for her clients. Her appellate briefing has contributed to reversed convictions, vacated sentences, and the preservation of advantageous rulings before the Kansas Court of Appeals, the Kansas Supreme Court, and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals.
