I am a former Family Law attorney having practiced in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania for 15 years handling all matters related to divorce, custody, support, alimony and property distribution as well as contract disputes. I am a trained Mediator and Arbitrator able to fulfill both positions within the State of Texas. I have coached individual parties through the divorce process helping one or the other (never both) navigate the many issues, both substantive and procedural, that occur as part of the divorce process.

Further, through a unique questionnaire that I designed, "The Relationship Gap Survey©", I have helped couples struggling with maintaining their existing relationship, or seeking reconciliation, to quickly and easily identify key areas of conflict while providing mediation to resolve those areas where differences, previously unaddressed, can now be eliminated through mutual understanding.

As co-founder of "The Jury Whisperer LLC" my partner and I provide litigation support by way of case analysis, witness preparation and jury selection services.

Whether as Mediator, Arbitrator, coach or counselor, I strive to bring both intellectual and emotional intelligence to respecting the importance of the issues before me to the parties who are seeking and needing closure.
