Brendan Tupa
Minor Injury Trial LawyerNamed a Rising Star by Minnesota Law & Politics and Super Lawyers Magazine in 2010, 2011, 2012, and 2013, Brendan prides himself on his ability and willingness to handle the defenses of even the most minor personal injury matters. No minor injury is too embellished, exaggerated, or seemingly bizarre for him to defend against. He respects and treats accident victims fairly and honestly, giving them the opportunity to explain their stories, symptoms, and versions of events in the manner they see fit. He verily believes in the right to be heard before a jury of one's peers and wants to give every party that opportunity. He is frequently conducting trials in state courts in Minnesota, but can also be found in courts in North Dakota as well as federal courts at both the district and appellate levels. He has educated several juries at trial, submitted an Amicus Curie Brief to the Minnesota Supreme Court, and served as a third-party neutral arbitrator and mediator. He is a 2004 graduate of William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul, MN, where he was honored as a Collegiate All-American Scholar and recognized for his public service. He is also a 1999 graduate from Jamestown College in Jamestown, ND, where he played for both the 1997 and 1998 Hall of Fame Jimmies Football Teams.
