Activities: Mr. Nitschke has been extensively involved in providing legal services to survivors of domestic violence and their families through the efforts of the UT Law School Domestic Violence Clinic, Texas RioGrande Legal Aid, and the Dallas County District Attorney's Office. He continues to represent those affected by domestic violence through the Dallas Volunteer Attorney Program.
