
Brad Boyce
Brad Boyce is member of the Utah State Bar, practicing with the law firm of David B. Boyce, PLLC. In law school, Brad served as a Law Review member and graduated Cum Laude from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University in 2006. His legal practice has been primarily focused on real estate law. In addition to being a licensed attorney, he is a licensed RealtorĀ®, and certified mediator.
Clientele has ranged from individuals to large institutions, including Bank of America, HSBC, Wells Fargo, Washington Mutual, Wachovia, Zions Bank and others in judicial and non-judicial proceedings (primarily regarding non-performing real estate portfolios, providing various services including foreclosure, bankruptcy, loss mitigation, title defect curation, eviction, and other services).
